Citroengras jasmijn rijst

Ingredients:
2 cups/300 gr Jasmine Rice (do not substitute with Basmati)
1 onion Cut Half moon
2 clove of Garlic cut small
3 orange leaves (optionals)
2 lemongrass sticks, cut to 3 pcs each stick and smash to have the aroma out
1 block Vegitable/Chicken bullion
2 pinch Salt
4 to 5 table spoons Oil
3 cups/450ml water
- Fry onion, garlic and orange leaves with oil until brown in the pot
- Put rice in, lemon grass, water, bullion, salt and mix
- mix in between and cook with small fire
it is best if you use rice cooker. If you use it, after you fried the ingredients, mix everything in rice cooker and let it cook.
